Yes, the usage of social media has become a big improvement for business, especially when it comes to advertising. I think that if a business makes a major decision that can affect the public negatively, it’s good for the information to be shared, whether via social media or other information channels. However, I don’t agree with the concept of Journalist sharing business information unnecessarily.
